Sales Manager
Job Summary
In a sales role for Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC you will execute sales strategy for our Water Solutions to current and future customers. This position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services. In addition to a creative mind and out-of-the-box thinking, we need the dedication that comes with the passion for sales.
Primary Job Duties
To be successful in sales each salesperson must secure business with new customers, maintain and grow assigned accounts, communicate effectively with the Operations team insuring customer expectations are managed appropriately in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and represent Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Support market strategies & goals within your assigned region
- Direct identification & closure of Water Solutions sales opportunities
- Establish relationships with current and prospective customers in order to understand the potential for business, their Water Solution needs, and what it takes to secure their business.
- Manage assigned accounts in a manner that insures continued business and growth within the account
- Track all sales activity in HubSpot every Friday.
- Research, maintain, and update assigned region Hit List Monthly.
- Leverage market research to determine customer needs & provide information to other staff.
- Service Timelines for every dedicated account with monthly KPI’s.
- Sales responsible for each account they are assigned to.
- Update weekly
- Evaluate product & service marketability in terms of customers' technical needs.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain current customer satisfaction.
- Keep current with industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
- Establish & maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
- Promote business through use of traditional and non-traditional marketing tools that encourage contact and interaction with existing customers and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Attend Social and networking events monthly. SPE, OIPA, API, etc.
- 2 per month (update in HubSpot on Friday, as applicable)
- Communicate Daily w/ local operations, RBM, BDD.
- Quarterly Stewardship Report with customers.
- Strong understanding on operations for each account he/she is assigned to.
Required Competencies / Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing; or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of Sales experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry or other applicable industries
- Proven record of success in sales
- Ability to sell and provide solutions
- Excellent negotiating, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Understanding commercial and contract language
- Technical aptitude
Preferred Competencies / Prerequisites
- Knowledge of water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations.
- Knowledge of completions operations.
- Knowledge of Bosque Chemicals and Solutions.
